Now, You’re “In the System” What to do when you get an AaE question: • Check for an existing FAQ on the topic • Provide a brief, research-based reply ASAP • eXtension aims to answer questions in 48 hours • Try to link to an eXtension learning lesson or other Extension online publication • Provide financial education; not advice • Convert question to an FAQ, if desired • Reassign the AaE question if you are swamped or lack expertise about topic
