Roll out process Begins Remove BBCs Remove E&W Poletips Remove Power Bridge, remove MCW pipes Remove Magnet Water pipes, start disconnecting cables Remove stairs & Bridge, Prepare Hydraulics Remove shield wall Install Platform for cone removal, Install Power and MWC water. Roll STAR out Remove IDS cone Install stairs & Bridge WSC + FGT into Clean Room, begin ~3 week FGT install. Effort (ends 8/13 TPC Prom replacement and Trigger cable installation can begin BEMC work in PMT boxes can/shouldbegin Disassemble IDS MTD cable and gas line installation can begin Remove 4 TOF trays to be replaced with TOF/GMT trays, and Tray 95

  2. 2012 GMT cable & gas line installation can begin Reconfiguration of BEMC cables on lower E. crates, and crate hanger modes can begin IDS Assembly begins FGT installation in WSC complete Install 4 TOF/GEM trays IDS Assembly Complete IDS rigged onto platform

  3. 2012 Install Cone into STAR, remove rails, HV test Remove Power Remove rails & stanchions Disassemble East Platform & Rig away MCW H2O pipes Install seismic anchors Install bridge & Stairs Roll In & position Connect East vacuum pipe Install E. Scaffolding MCW H2O pipes Install Power Bridge Connect East vacuum pipe Begin ~ 6 wk installation of MTD modules Remove E. Scaffolding Setup for PXL installation tests Install E Poletip

  4. 2012 PXL installation tests Sub system Checkout can begin Depending on need of vacuum grp, perhaps remove Pxl plat. & open E. Poletip Install West Beampipe, and then perform bakeout Begin GMT gas system installation. Cable and gas hook up of FGT can begin Start removal of FTPC water system End of ~ 6 wk MTD module installation

  5. 2012 Start installation of PXL cooling system and ducts. Sub system checkout/maint. Can proceed all month Start installation, and then testing, of new BBC assembly Install the shield wall.

  6. 2012 Install W Poletip Install E Poletip, hook-up leads and start Mag. H2O Certify Interlocks MAG. P.S. testing & Heat Run Install BBCs TPC HV chk with Mag. on
