  2. Provisional Officers Will remain in office through 2008 • President: Terry Wiegmann • Secretary: To be determined. Here is your opportunity! • Treasurer: Chris Berner • Vice President – Education: Keith Crabtree • Vice President – Communications & Marketing: Joe Tanner

  3. 2008 Officer Elections • Annual Meeting in October • Business meeting, no presentations • Nominations by Nominating Committee and from the floor • Officers will be elected for staggered two-year terms. • Elected officers will begin their terms January 1, 2009.

  4. Officers Elected in 2008 • Term begins 1/1/2009 • President, Treasurer, Vice President – Education serve two-year terms. • Secretary, Vice President – Communications & Marketing serve one-year terms.

  5. Officers Elected in 2009 • Term begins 1/1/2010 • Secretary, Vice President – Communications & Marketing serve two-year terms.

  6. Officers Elected 2010 and Later • President, Treasurer, Vice President – Education are elected in even-numbered years for a two-year term. • Secretary and Vice President – Communications & Marketing are elected in odd-numbered years for a two-year term.

  7. We need a Secretary! • Duties of the Secretary • Keep records of all business meetings of the Chapter and of the Board of Directors • Responsible for official correspondence • With members • With IIBA • But not committee correspondence
