  1. Private Ultrasound Presentation Scan £99.00 (Inclusive of all fees) 35 weeks to term Available to women from 16 years of age. Private ultrasound presentation scan. We recommend that you show your scan results to your usual healthcare professional whose contact details we take at the time of booking. Your choice of a free rescan is included if your baby’s position is not favourable on the day for the primary purpose of this scan. All scans are performed by a qualified Sonographer with diagnostic obstetric scanning experience. Primary purpose of the scan Verification of fetal presentation and placental site from 35 weeks to term, measurements of the baby estimating the fetal weight (EFW). Demonstration of placental site and, if there is a concern regarding Vasa Praevia, a colour doppler scan can be performed internally.

Includes:      20 minute extended diagnostic appointment Babybond well–being checklist Growth report and EFW, 2D ultrasound b/w prints in sleeve Plus Complimentary sexing of your baby if requested* Plus 4DFREEVIEW™ with 3D ultrasound b/w prints in sleeve** Please note we cannot offer the Vasa Praevia screening in Belfast due to local guideline restrictions. *Complimentary sexing Sexing of your baby is not always possible at this late stage but if your baby’s position is favourable on the day we will do this free of charge. If your baby’s position is not favorable however, we cannot offer a free rescan for this purpose. **4DFREEVIEW This scan includes viewing your baby in live 4D from available views and thermal b/w 3D scan prints at no extra charge. Please note that 4DFREEVIEW is a free option and if your baby’s position is not favorable for aesthetics on the day, we cannot offer a free rescan for this reason.

  3. Pre-scan preparation Need to expose abdomen so ideally wear 2 piece garments i.e trousers or skirt and top. A full bladder is not normally required for this scan. Guest Policy Most clinics can comfortably accommodate 4 guests including children for our Extended Appointment Scans.
