DIVISION 3 | KEY CLUB Officer Training Conference 2011 Saturday, April 23, 2011 Fundraise • Work with officers and plan fundraisers • Record revenue/expense, including receipts. • Make sure you have fundraisers not only for your club, but also for charities. • Count, collect, and store money. DIVISION 3 | KEY CLUB Officer Training Conference 2011 Saturday, April 23, 2011 COMMON MISTAKES • Losing envelope with password • Please make sure that faculty advisors receive the envelops in September (?) • Fail to update advisor information • International needs recent advisor(s) information • Not deleting old members • Undeleted old members will increase the clu's dude payment • If deleted members are marks by a **, they are not actually “delete” (Please double check) Workshop: Treasurers Presented By: Alec Mouradian

DIVISION 3 | KEY CLUB Officer Training Conference 2011 Saturday, April 23, 2011 COMMON MISTAKES • Making the invoice prematurely • Create an invoice AFTER you have completely finished updating. → Once an invoice is created, the updates are locked in. • Forgetting to follow directions/press buttons • Changes are sometimes sent to the database; BE CAREFUL • Send the roster instead of the invoice.
