  2. The Surgeon General’s Call to Action To Prevent and Reduce Underage Drinking “Underage drinking is everybody’s problem—and its solution is everyone’s responsibility.” — Acting Surgeon General Kenneth P. Moritsugu, M.D., M.P.H.

  4. Fast Fact Moms, dads, and grandparents are the most trusted sources of information for 9- to 13-year-olds.
