Why Not Just Scan PDF’s to a File? • Scanning to a file on the network is fine for a few documents but it is not a tool for managing hundreds or even thousands of scanned images. • Instead of “drilling down” through file directories, SmartSearch allows you to search and find documents in seconds. • SmartSearch allows you to search on multiple search fields (Vendor Name, Invoice Number, Date, etc) instead of just looking for in a folder for a file name
