  2. A - Architect • Hollings father is a architect. He owns a company called Hoodhood and associates. During the story he is always stressed about the company name being with the school.

  3. B - Mrs. Baker • Is a teacher at Camilla junior high. Every Wednesday she spends with Holling Hoodhood. And every washday.

  4. C – Camillo junior high • Is the school that Holling Hoodhood goes to and a lot of people in the story go to

  5. D – Doug Swieteck • Is a student at camillo junior high he is sort of the prankster and is on the school track team

  6. E – Ed Kranepool • Is a baseball player for the Yankees and holling talks about him a lot in the story

  7. F – Fairy • Holling had to dress up as a fairy in the play that they did in class. And had to were yellow tights.

  8. G – Mr. Guareschi • Is a teacher at the school and ends up trying to find the rats but doesn't really take a big part in the story.

  9. H – Holling Hoodhood • Is the mane person in the story he has to stay every Wednesday with mrs.baker until he made the track team now he is a hero

  10. I – ice cream • Holling takes the girl he likes to get some ice cream for a date

  11. J – Julius ceaser • Is a character in one of the Shakespeare books

  12. K – Mr. Kowalski • He is a teacher at camillo junior high but doesn't take a big role in the story

  13. L – lee avenue • Is a park that they mention a lot in the story

  14. M – marry lee • Is one of the people that bullies Holling in the story.

  15. N – New York state test • Is a test that the school has to take the newyork state test and mrs.baker is really nervous about it.

  16. O – old miss O'Leary • Is a lady in the story that is part of the woods theme.

  17. P – perfect house • Holling father says there house is perfect because it is in the middle of town.

  18. Q – coach Quatrina • He coaches the track team and is really stricted

  19. R - Rats • They get lost in the beginning of the story and every one tries to look for them in the story and they are the reason Holling made the track team.

  20. S – Shakespeare • Holling and Mrs. Baker do a lot of plays about Shakespeare.

  21. T – Track team • Holling becomes the hero of the track team.

  23. V – valentines day • They have a big party for valentines day in the story.

  24. W – Wednesday War • Is the title of the book and every Wednesday Holling stays with Mrs. Baker after school.

  26. Y – Yankee game • Mrs. Baker took Holling to the Yankee game and a lot of stuff happened.
