OPM Shared List Process • OPM has contracted with Bender Consulting to populate a shared list of applicants with disabilities, who are Schedule A eligible and have an interest in working for federal agencies. • Bender Consulting recruits, screens and directs a minimum of 50 qualified candidates with disabilities, on a monthly basis. • On the 15th and last day of the month, Bender Consulting distributes a spreadsheet listing the active candidates and a skills profile to agency representatives. • Agency representatives may be added to the distribution list by contacting Bender Consulting. OPM Shared List Process • Agency representatives review the shared list, including the spreadsheet and skills profile, and request resumes of candidates from Bender Consulting. • Agency representatives schedule interviews directly with the candidates and provide any necessary accommodations for the interview process. • Agency representatives provide feedback to Bender Consulting regarding candidates interviewed and hired.
