  3. Ray Lewis • Ray Lewis is the middle linebacker for the Baltimore Ravens • He is the team captain • Won his first Super Bowl in 2001 • Named Super Bowl MVP in 2001 • Selected to 10 pro bowls

Why He’s A Good Leader • Known for his inspirational huddles before games • Tries to make other players better whenever he can • Gets his players pumped up by doing his famous entrance dance onto the field • His interactions with the younger players have helped them out in becoming football players

Why He’s A Good Leader • He speaks directly from the heart • He will get in his teammates face if they do something wrong, but will be the first on to congratulate them if they do something good • Under his leadership the Raven's have become workhorses, Come what may they will fight to the very end
