  7. Using these values, design a mission statement. • A mission statement is a guiding statement on which you make decisions.

  8. How will your city look to meet your goals? • Create a design of city showing street layout and identifying important buildings and homes. • This should be at least 11x 17. Design should be neatly drawn in pencil at a minimum.
