Workshop Design • Six groups • Six areas • Each group assigned one area • Same group to make determination on • application for • - large tax administrations • (in context of Caricom countries) • Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica and • Trinidad and Tobago • - Small tax administrations • (other Caricom countries)

GUIDELINES FOR GROUP DISCUSSION • AND PRESENTATION • Participants will be divided into six teams comprising four members each. Each team will be led by a team leader. • Team leaders should ensure that there is clear understanding among members regarding the requirements for each area of discussion, with respect to small and large tax administrations.
GUIDELINES FOR GROUP DISCUSSION • AND PRESENTATION • Flip charts, or any other method may be used in presenting the assignment. • All members should participate actively in the discussions. Experienced members should share their knowledge with those who are less experienced. • Each team is allowed three minutes for their presentation.
