  2. 3 Company Profile Our Factory Our Showroom Urban Living® was established in 2012, and is registered under Furniture Kraft International Pvt. Ltd. We specialise in developing sofas, loungers and chairs for residential and hospitality markets — all featuring quality Indian fabrics. Our 150,000 square foot factory premises is located near Mumbai with close proximity to the seaport, making it a convenient location for international exports. At present, we have a production capacity of 3,000 sofa sets per month and look to continue expanding operations. In April 2018, Urban Living® opened our first 10,000 square foot showroom in Bhiwandi, Mumbai for our business customers. Urban Living® is proudly India’s largest sofa manufacturing company. We export globally to sixteen countries, and growing. We have gained considerable experience dealing with reputable retail companies, both in India and abroad. Our craftsmanship and care is evident across over furniture range. Choose from a wide selection of upholstery and finishings. We display over 80 models and more than 100 fabric combinations, allowing customers to choose from a variety of products and styles.
