  3. Developing your Deck Include… • Your organization’s GCWCC organizational structure • Statistics on your department vs. NCR (include in module 1 or in hand outs) • Internal processes • Departmental GCWCC key dates/ key messaging (Blitz, goal, upcoming events, etc.)

  4. Your Departmental Campaign • 2012 Achievement • 2012 Donors • 2012 Average gift • 2013 Goal Know your numbers and include them!
