3000 volunteers away each year to places such as Africa, South America, Asia, Europe and Central America. • expeditions, internships abroad and volunteer projects
sports and education project which is in Mombasa (Kenya) which is located in East Africa. • lead and plan sport lessons and activities for impoverished children in the Bombolulu Slum. • Might get the chance to run extra-curricular sports clubs and assist with the education that comes with sport.
Helps with depression, aids with better concentration, teaches the fundamentals of teamwork, respect for rules and can also boost and individuals confidence.
IMondays– Fridays from 8am – 4pm. And when I am not running classes or sporting activities I will be planning lessons or supporting other lessons.
The social justice issue that is being addressed here is the lack of education. Education is one of the most major and biggest basic rights for human beings. Since Kenya became independent in 1963 the recommendations for quality education have barely been looked at, evaluated and ignored.
We are helping this Social Justice issue by teaching kids the importance of sport and the education that comes with it. Not only will the children be physically active they will also learn about. With their education they can continue to educate other people
