Using PDSA to Improve Math
Board QuickCheck Baldrige-Based Self-Assessment for the Board of Education The purpose of the Board QuickCheck is to provide a quick evaluation of the school as a learning system complete with an action plan for getting started.
LEADERSHIP We work with key stakeholders to develop a School Board mission statement that supports the state and district mission. YES*TBA In the process
STAKEHOLDER FOCUS We have surveyed our stakeholders to determine the degree of satisfaction with the Board’s level of performance. YES*TBA Sometimes

Board Improvement Process • Validate the need for school board improvement (consult QuickCheck). • Clarify and communicate board mission, goals, and measures. • Adopt and deploy an approach of continual improvement for all board work. • Translate the approach to aligned action by every board member. • Analyze results and make improvements. • Repeat the cycle.
