One Minute Manager is a masterpiece from Ken Blanchard and Spencer Johnson. One book that has the power to take your people management to greater heights. I was first exposed to this book in 2008 and since then, people working with me has conveyed it in one or the other way that they have enjoyed working with me and producing results. My invitation to you is to quickly go through this presentation, buy the One Minute Manager book if you don't have it and make a positive difference in the lives of people you work with.
