  4. High Level of Effort 9 Results Teams over 180 people involved 25 team meetings held or scheduled so far …not counting the Advisory Team!

For example: • Housing & Communities is referring • Availability of jobs to Economic Opportunity • Neighborhood schools to Education • Sense of safety to Safe People • Access to health care to Healthy People • Education is referring • Health wellness & basic needs to Healthy People • Safe schools and neighborhood to Safe People • Community vestment & prioritization of education to Housing & Communities plus Civic Engagement ACCESS All teams but one have outcomes and/or drivers that specifically call out the issue of access.
