1G Service FOA1 Trial Update • Summary • 1G IBH, ISH, APH Launched on 30/01/08 • Service First Office Application Testing continuing post launch • Latest OSS release went live weekend 12/13 April 2008 • Testing restarted after period of settling in • Final issues being resolved • Some tests will be carried over to future FOAs • Portal • Not considered fit for purpose yet • Fixes to major issues expected in next OSS release July 2008 • Meanwhile customer orders are welcome by Customer Requirements Form (CRF)
