  5. To overcome the problems, we do? Emphasis on : • Exchange Information as Much as Possible Before Flying • First Night Questions • Inbound Orientation Camp • Extra Classes on Thai Language • Monthly Reports (No Report – No Allowance) • Meeting With Inbound Coordinator Every 3 Months
