  2. This is a survey which asks you what you think your local Neighbourhood Policing Team should be doing. We want to find out how you like to contact your local Neighbourhood Policing Team We also want to know why you may want to contact them We also want to know some information about you because it will help us improve things for different groups of people.

  3. There are 13 questions in this survey. You will need to answer every question However you can always say that you don’t want to answer a question about you. You may want to answer the questions in this survey with someone else.

  4. You can either print this survey and complete it by hand.
