Kinnections: The Challenges • Obtaining IRB Approval • Unprecedented CPS cuts and staff layoffs • Court Orders for MIA, incarcerated birth parents • Access to critical Child Welfare Services/Case Management System information – for case mining to occur
Kinnections: Needs for T.A. • More “peer-to-peer” opportunities – ability to easily connect with other Combo Project Staff to ask questions, get help, run thru a scenario, etc. (Beyond the contact list!) • Ability to share and learn about best-practices during start-up • Ability to use Basecamp more regularly, effectively – question/topic posted to no response
