  5. WWFC is about… Making smart choices about how we serve clients: • What methodologies? • What products and services? • When and how? • What level of flexibility? • How do we respond when things go wrong?

  6. Session two Rapid fire sharing: • ASKI: understanding client needs • Fonkoze: carrying a segmented understanding of clients’ needs through to product design

  7. Questions for the group: Innovative solutions or “signs of a miracle”: • Methods to understand how FS fit into the lives of different groups of clients • Balancing flexibility/diversity with cost/complexity • Bundling/sequencing products (FS/NFS) • Responding when things go wrong for clients
