  11. Application of RPL • Access to programmes • Exemptions/credit towards an award • Award – major, minor, specific purpose, supplemental

  12. RPL Process • Identification of personal KSC • Matching of KSC to learning outcomes • Preparing and presenting evidence • Assessment and verification • Recognition recommendation

  13. RPL for Access & Exemptions • Responsibility of the provider • Part of QA policy and procedure • Fairly and consistently assessed • Each programme to specify RPL details
