Why in 2011? • CSFs are key elements of Skolkovo ecosystem. • CSFs provide • Infrastructural ground for collaboration with key-partners • Integration of R&D, educational and commercialisation functions • Effective use of Skolkovo budget by preparation the Skolkovo infrastructure for 2014 in 2011. Effective use of the time required for the city construction.
