Part I • Learning Well increased the number of school-based health clinics and the number of students who were provided services • Significant numbers of High risk children (30% hospitalized, 40% have ER visits) were identified • Parents and children highly satisfied with Health Services provided by Learning Well I.U. Bowen Research Center
Part II • Students more likely to go to school and stay in school for minor illnesses • Parents and children only somewhat knowledgeable about preventive health care • Parents feel their children’s physical health needs are generally being met, but not their mental health needs I.U. Bowen Research Center
