  2. Shipping Information • Shipping dates USA: • All orders must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to delivery/pick up (see table below). For pick-up orders, appointments are required. * Be aware that there are occasions, e.g. lightening the ship for inventory, when the schedule will change and shipments will be postponed. ** The delivery dates depend on how the trucks of the delivery company are routed.  The delivery company will give the distributors a call to arrange the delivery time.

  3. Shipping Information • Shipping dates Canada: • All orders must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to delivery/pick up (see table below). For pick-up orders, appointments are required. The person making the appointment must have the warehouse dispatch number when calling.
