The National Cancer Institute of the USA assists INCTR to achieve its goals by providing financial, technical and intellectual support Objectives • Capacity building for cancer treatment and research in countries with limited resources. • Improve international collaboration directed towards capacity building • Undertake specific projects that provide immediate patient benefits as well as opportunities for professional education.
About OHSL-INCTR Open Health Systems Laboratory – a new program of INCTR to improve education and training of health care providers in low and middle income countries through information technology This will be accomplished through the development of Networks and partnerships with corporate, professional, academic, governmental and non-governmental organizations in order to gain access to their special expertise and make it available to health professionals in countries with limited resources.
