Divide your paper into 8 squares. Write a catchy title in the first square that reflects the 7 principles. Draw a design to represent a principle in each of the seven remaining squares. Create a T-Shirt design on 8 ½ x 11 paper that celebrates the idea of American unity and answers our unit theme “Who Are We as Americans;” Write a sales pitch that could persuade a store to produce your shirt. Your T-shirt design will be entered into a campus wide contest. 2.Create a poster design on 8 ½ x 11 paper that shows the benefits enjoyed by you and your family because of the freedoms given in the Constitution; Write an explanation of how you and your family benefit from the U.S. Constitution. Your poster will be entered into the Constitution Day Poster Design Contest. Pick up a entry form from your SS teacher. Unit 1 Performance Task
