Operation of SMARTLITE-R/E Cap Lamps: • After the cap lamp is fully charged then the red light will turn to green to indicate that the battery is fully charged. • From now onwards the charging will continue in trickle mode to top-up and maintain full charge status. The green light will remain on. • Please note that until the green light comes on the cap lamp is not fully charged.

Operation of SMARTLITE-R/E Cap Lamps: • The red light comes on when the cap lamp needs to be charged and put on the charging rack. • On prolonged continued use even after the red light is on then subsequently this red light will start to blink. The cap lamp should now be immediately put off to prevent damage to the battery.
