First: determine needs and make a distribution plan Contact UNFPA Country Office or HQ HRB (Humanitarian Response Branch), or PSB (Procurement and Supply Branch) Funding: NGO’s own funds, Flash, CERF, CAP UNFPA - HRB can assist in determining needs UNFPA Procurement Services: pro-forma invoice, contacts shipping agents, makes shipping arrangements Supplies shipped within 48 hours
