Oscar Mayer Trip • 2 trays across • Try to avoid gravity (use a plunger?) • Think about the “bad stacks” • About every 46 stacks there is a new stick of meat • 30 min to take apart, then clean, then 30 min to put back together again • Think about buildup of material (sliding on surfaces can be bad) • SBR Rubber-Grainger rubber rotes for fake meat testing

  5. Problem Statement Oscar Mayer is looking for a machine to place the meat into their Lunchable trays. They currently have people placing the meat in by hand. The new design will have to be simple with few robotic features, easy to maintain, easy to clean, flexible for more or less meat, and stay within or around the original $1500 budget.
