Baseline Graph Description • All of the paperwork one month prior to the intervention was collected • Data was recorded on how many forms were completed efficiently

Will lose Opportunity for Positive feedback Complete Paperwork Will not lose Opportunity For positive feedback Design an Intervention • The directors felt there was no need in the raffle at this point if their performance was improving with feedback
Implement the Intervention • The form was shown to the managers a meeting • The grad assistants explained what they were looking for when filling out the paper • Within a week the managers were showing improvement
IOA • I asked my roommate to help me look through the forms to see if she thought they were completed efficiently • For week 5 we agreed 100% • Week 6 = 94% (there was one form that I felt was not completed efficiently and she felt it was) • Week 7 = 100%
Evaluate the Intervention • For the intervention 5 managers forms were randomly selected (same as 5 from baseline) • The forms were totaled together • There was a show in increase for efficiently completed paperwork Still not quite 100% but on the way!
Recycle (hypothetical) • If we were to continue on we would have a raffle drawing for the opportunity to win movie tickets. • After every shift the facility managers would have to turn their papers into the grad assistant, the GA’s would look over the paperwork • If the papers were filled out efficiently than they would write the facility managers name on a ticket and place it in a box. • Every Friday at noon a drawing would take place to win the tickets.
