Track Record of MPA/MPP Hires Approximately 2,200 hires at GS-5 through GS-11 between 1990 and 2002 As of 2008: 52% remained in Federal service Of the hires who remained in service: 26% held supervisory positions 74% at GS-13/14/15 or similar level 2.9% in the Senior Executive Service (SES)
