“PR” or “White Slip” Report of Improper or outstanding performance Submitted by faculty, staff, or cadets Must be submitted within 72 hours of report of action. Must include: Name, CIT #, Date of Occurrence, Description of Action, and Signature of Reporting Official Time for Processing Performance Reports Written and rendered within 72 hours ERWs returned within 72 hours of issue of PR Performance Reports (PR)
“ERW” Response to a Performance Report Must be legible Chance to set the record straight Explanation Extenuation Mitigation Due to Commandant’s Office no later than 72 hours after the receipt of the PR PRs for which ERWs are not returned may be adjudicated without cadet input Explanation Required in Writing (ERW)

“PO” Printed document listing cadet punishments to include confinements, tours, restrictions, etc. Listed by Battalion Distributed Weekly (Tuesdays) Retained by Company Clerks Punishment Orders
