I chose to research Neptune. Neptune is the farthest planet from the sun. I researched it’s location, physical data , and interesting facts.
Location Facts • It’s the eighth planet from the sun • It is 4,496 million kilo meters from the sun • 2.8 billion miles from the sun
Physical Features • The temperature -370°F • 1 year on Neptune is 165 earth years • The winds are 1200 mph
Interesting Facts • Neptune has a great dark spot. It is a hole in it’s atmosphere! • Neptune has 8 moons • The biggest one is Triton. Neptune is much bigger than Triton • Neptune was a planet in 1846 • Galileo saw Neptune with a telescope but mistook it with a star. • Neptune was named after Poseidon
Conclusion I chose to research Neptune. I t was really hard to research Neptune. I researched Neptune’s location, physical data, and interesting facts.
