Community Weatherization Partners LLC in a joint venture with Enterprise Community Partners & Local Initiatives Support Corporation implemented tenant training for weatherizing 2,227 units across 96 buildings. This initiative utilized HOME & HTF funds and focused on improving building performance through energy-efficient measures and tenant education. Outreach efforts included door-to-door engagement, water testing, and promoting energy conservation.
