  4. The Process • Outreach by door to door knocking • Quick engaging conversation • Test water temperature and flow rates in units • Content • Conserve Energy, Conserve Water, Recycle My Waste, and Create a Healthy Home • Material • Give away material • Brand the out reach material

  5. Evaluation of Our Outreach • Successes • Tenants Engaged • 1,892 units engaged, with an average access rate of 83% per building • Owners were engaged • Encouraged to continue • Challenges • Track outcome of outreach efforts • Tenant feedback • Were the resources useful
