Sep Oct Nov Feb NE14 NH13 MD13 NC13 GRAV-D Monthly Update – October FY13 STATUS RISKS • Survey • surveying Sandy Supplemental blocks, almost complete with 2nd and 3rd in Pennsylvania and Maryland • BLM Pilatus survey started out of Omaha • Data Release • Northern Alaska released in October • Sandy Supplemental next in priorities Q1: 32% Q2: 34% Q3: 36% Q4: 40% • Backups for Field Team • More stability in field teams would reduce need for continuous training and uncertainty, hiring in process but very slow • In addition to HR, hiring contractors has been frustrating • Sandy Supplemental • Additional work of QC and troubleshooting with two surveys • Strain on office staff • Permission for Mexico Flights • Uncertainty of how permission for flights over Mexico will proceed. A backup plan for surveying will be developed, but the survey may need to be adjusted at the last minute.
