Could be a prime sub contractor model or partnership of ex probation/ YSS/ Clarent/ Willowdene and other partners Or a SPV Reserved Public Probation services For High Risk and Public Protection. In West Mercia Probation Trust partners deliver: Specified Activities that have replaced most of our in-house General Offending Behaviour Programmes (not Drink Impaired Drivers) The Senior Attendance Centre All of our Employment, Education and Training work Drug Reduction, Recovery and Rehabilitation Orders Forensic Psychology services plus specialist forensic support for people with severe personality disorders Enhanced supervision to support offenders with complex/compliance needs Services to Women offenders, including a residential programme to open in April 2013
In West Mercia Probation Trust partners deliver: • High intensity intervention beds for serious drug mis-users • Significant elements of Community Payback • Alcohol Treatment Orders • Sports and physical activities • Investment in Integrated Offender Management of prolific offenders including non statutory cases (eg under 12 months) • Training, replacing the Regional Training Consortium • All of our work with volunteers and mentors • A wide range of services within the Youth Offending Service which we host in West Mercia • All of our procurement activity to support this network of providers
