4. Club/USATF Registration 1) USATF Registration (www.usatf.org) • Instructions located on PTC website (renew/new) • Complete registration and include it in your PTC registration • Cost: $19.95 per athlete • Site accepts VISA or auto withdrawal from Checking/Savings account 2) PTC Registration (online: www.pacesetterstrackclub.com) • All members must complete a form online for 2013. • Please designate new and returning participants 3) USATF & PTC Registration onsite 3/23, deadline 5/19 4) Club & Meet fees Deadline 4/30 (Middle/High School athletes included)

5. 2013 Meet/Practice Schedule • Meet Schedule • First meet is May 19, 2013 • 2 meet out of state (Olivet College-Olivet, MI/ NC A&T Greensboro, NC) • Required meets for advancement: • June 22-23,2013Ohio Association Junior Olympic Championships, Cedarville University, Cedarville, OH.Top 6 advance to Region 5 Championships. • July11-14,2013USATF Region 5 Junior Olympic Championships, Olivet College Olivet, MI.Top 5 advance to JO National Champs in Greensboro NC. • Practice Schedule/Location • April/May: 2 days per week (Tues/Thurs), Location: Reynoldsburg High School or Waggonner Road Junior High School • June/July: 4 days per week (Mon – Thurs), Waggonner Road Junior High School • Practice time: 6-7:30 p.m. during April/May and 6-8 p.m. June/July • First practice: Tuesday, April 16 (weather permitting)

Club Fees/Payment Schedule • Club Fees for Elementary Division 12yrs & under: $200 (first athlete), $125 (second athlete), $75 (third+ athletes) (April start for all) • Club Fees for 13 yrs & older: $150 (first athlete), $125 (second athlete), $75 (third + athlete) • Meet Fees • Lump Sum: $75, to be collected prior to first meet • Additional amounts will be collected as needed based on athlete advancement through qualifying meets (i.e. number of meets and events) • Uniform Fees (includes uniform/warm-up) • 12 yrs old & under: $100 - 13 & above: $120 • Payment must be received at time of order • Orders to be placed online via club website • Order and payment must be completed by 4/16

7. Fundraising • SombreroPay • Online donation program. Donations can be made directly from the website and will be applied to the athlete accounts. Funds will be discounted from your account or paid out. The campaign ends May 31, 2013. • Funds will deposit into the account as they are processed. We do not have to wait for the campaign to be over. If you are owed any funds checks will be distributed the 2nd week of June. • Pacesetters Track Club receives $10.00 per donation and the athlete gets the rest. • PTC Apparel through Mylocker.net (Link on the website) • Great news! 9. 2013 Committees Volunteer Committees sign up when you register or email us at info@pacesetterstrackclub.com • Community Sponsorship (Cynthia Robertson) • Assist with identifying, contacting and securing community sponsors. Sponsorship can assist with an athlete’s fees, soda/paper products etc. for the banquet, travel sponsorship. • Stats and Awards (Irene Collins) • Keeping a log of athletes stats per event per age group. This would also require some training on uploading information to our stats software, very easy to use. You may be asked to assist with awards distribution for the club or during the Ohio association meet. • Photography & Videography (Lisa L Palmer) • Volunteer to take pictures at all events. Capture the season through pictures and video. Photos will be the property of the Club and will be used for the website and other USATF sanctioned events, Facebook, and Twitter. • Fundraising (Cynthia Robertson) • Please sign-up for this committee if you are interested in assisting the club raise funds to cover travel, sponsor athletes, and purchase awards. • Academic and Life Skills (Yvonne Gray) • This is a new committee. Assist with gathering college recruit information for Junior and Senior athletes, assist with resume and vitae building and contacting parents to stay up-to-date with club athletes and their academic honors, access to update the web page will be granted.
