Timeline First planning meeting in January 2005 Committees formed for each functional area Questionnaire, reviews, determination, game plan in place by May Phase I Target Implementation – July 1, 2005 Plan included buffer time for smoothing out the rough edges, changes etc. Phase II Target Implementation – July 1, 2006 Property warehouses, COC, and Fees For Services Sub-Committee Meetings !

Allowable Fees: • Management Fee – 7475.1 REV Apr ‘07 - Baltimore 80th percentile=$49.63 - DC 80th percentile=$58.70 - HCAAC = $52.50 • Asset Management Fee - $ 10 pum • Bookkeeping/IT Fee - $ 7.50 pum
Fees for Service: • Central maintenance • Admissions & Occupancy • Safety fee • Turnaround crew fee
Other Programs HCV program: • $12.00 PUM leased or 20% of admin fee • And $7.50 bookkeeping fee PUM leased Capital Fund & RHF grants: • Admin fee of 3% of total grant • Up to 6% upon demonstration of reasonableness of fee
Other Programs Other PIH and HUD Grants: • 15% of grant amount as Mgmt. Fee or • Maximum grant allows Non-Federal Programs: • “PHA may want to develop a fee structure in line with those authorized for federal programs”
