Mucin MG2 • Single monomeric protein • Molecular weigth are less then mucin MG1 • Sintesized in acinar serous cell and detected in all sero mucous salivary glands • Adhere with much oral bacteria such as Streptococcus mutans
Methods • Consecutive Sampling • Inclusion criteria: children between 3 – 5 yo who have dringking milk by bottle history • Unstimulate saliva collecting • ELISA method with anti mucin MG2 antibody in 450 nm

Discussion • Caries prevalence was represented by deft • Incresingmucin MG2 concentration will increase caries insidence
Discussion • Mucin MG2 will used to: - caries prediction - caries prevention
Conclussion Mucin MG2 correlate to caries prevance in baby bottle tooth decay and could be a caries predictor and a tool to prevent caries molecularly
