Past-Present • FrameWork: • Tried to cover the needs of objects for the analysis we have contributed to: • EWK cross-sections (WZ → lnlnln, WW →lnln,): recoLeptons + PF MET TypeI (WZ), no CHS • Top (Dileptonic): PFleptons + PF MET TypeI, CHS • Higgs (H→WW → lnln): recoLeptons + PF MET, no CHS • SUSY (Stop T2tt dileptónic): recoLeptons && PFleptons + PF MET TypeI, CHS • Muon Fake Ratio estimations • Small different details: almost impossible to syncronize between analysis, e.g.: MET Filters, reco vs PF, Jets with no CHS/CHS, isolation cones (m: 0.4 Top, 0.3 SUSY, 0.4 with Rings in WW… b-corr/EffAreas), JEC+TypeI… • Step1 (grid/crab stageout to T2_ES_IFCA), EDM format (reduction ~95%): • Dilepton skim: 2 leptons (e/μ) with pT1>17, pT2>8 • PAT + PF2PAT+ METFilters (in the future MET smearing for Stop) • Step2 (batch@IFCA): needed quantities/variables dumped to a flat Tree • Samples • PDs: SingleMu and SingleElectron (WW); DoubleMu, DoubleElectron, MuEG • MC: FULLSIM (HWW Signals, TT, SUSY) + FASTSIM (SUSY) J. Future • Global Event Description (GED, previously known as ParticleFlow) used by all POGs/PAGs? • PPD/GED workshop July 23-24 @ LPC • Dilepton HLT bits raised in PT to cope with high lumi conditions (roughly a factor 2). • Current proposal (toy model, “worst case scenario”) is (April 2013 HLT workshop@Lyon): from DoubleLepton 17/8@2012  • Mu23_Mu10 • Ele30_Id_Iso_Ele27_Id_Iso • Mu20_Ele10_Id_Iso • Mu10_Ele20_Id_Iso • 25ns vs 50ns run @LHC: or 20-30PU vs 40-100PU? • New recipes to deal with PU? Beta corrections or Effective Area? • GEN-SIM @ 13TeV to start on July 1st… J. Fernandez
