Local Decisions • All RTTT districts had to choose Dashboard • Dashboard is “Free” for 2 years • Once active, we have to publicize • We will minimally comply with the law • We will not share any additional data

Q: What data gets moved to inBloom if LEAs opt out? If your district does not participate in RTTT, the statewide data set will still be provided to inBloom for RTTT contract purposes only, But no dashboard will be authorized. http://www.engageny.org/resource/engageny-portal-faq#three

Data will be unusable (because encrypted) even in the unlikely event that the intrusion protections are breached. 3.) Data storage and access protocols that use double security protection, including: 1.) intrusion protection (firewalls), & 2.) data encryption: storage and data access. Vendors: access only when authorized by the State or school districts for educational purposes, including the ENYP itself and other specific school district uses.
