Bed and breakfast • also known as B&B, is a term, originating in the United Kingdom, but now also used all over the world, for an establishment that offers accommodation and breakfast, but usually does not offer other meals. Typically, bed and breakfasts are private homes with only one or two bedrooms available for commercial use.

A resort is a place used for relaxation or recreation, attracting visitors for holidays. • Resorts are places, towns or sometimes commercial establishment operated by a single company. • Such a self-contained resort attempts to provide for most of a vacationer's wants while remaining on the premises, such as food, drink, lodging, sports, entertainment, and shopping

Hotel Classification • All Danish hotels: associated with HORESTA have at least 40 beds have been classified on a scale ranging from 1-5 stars. • The classification scheme: based upon objective criteria, i.e. the presence or absence of a wide range of facilities and services. not indicative of subjective features such as atmosphere, quality of food and service, location or view.
