R/W Project Database • The following screen captures are from an existing web-enabled database. • They demonstrate the various ways project data is delivered in real time to the end-user.
This screen allows you to view information pertaining to individual parcels. It lists parcel-specific information and allows you to view related documents that have been scanned into the archive. Parcel Information
All documents appear in the web browser in Adobe Acrobat format. Users may print out an image of the original scanned document(s). The next screen shows one sample page of a 24-pg. agreement package. Viewing Documents

The next few slides contain image samples that are available online. Images are listed with a description and the transmittal number used when delivering the original documentation to the client. Adobe Acrobat
The status report link displays an HTML read-only spreadsheet for acquisition, relocation, and summary data of all parcels at a glance. The full spreadsheet is also available for download. This enables the user to filter/sort information as desired, yet maintains database integrity. Project-centric Data
Users may ‘drill-down’ to specific information they request on a parcel. The relational structure enables data presentation with various focus, e.g. parcel, owner, tenant or claims. The following screens simulate this being presented in a web browser. Parcel-centric Data
For packages requiring numerous forms, data entry is simplified, expedited and QA’d by using customized entry screens. A typical agreement package demonstrates how data is entered on one page and flows throughout all applicable documents ensuring data integrity. Mailable Filler Packages
