    3. Indication for replantation or revascularization 1. thumb 2. multiple digits 3. partial hand (amputate through the palm) 4. wrist or forearm 5. elbow and above (sharply amputate or moderate avulsed) 6. almost any part in a child 7. individual digit distal to FDS insertion
