  7. Scratch Golfer The male scratch golfer is an amateur player who plays to the standard of the stroke-play qualifiers competing in the U.S. Amateur Championship. A male scratch golfer can hit tee shots an average of 250 yards and can reach a 470-yard hole in two shots. • The female scratch golfer is an amateur player who plays to the standard of the stroke-play qualifiers competing in the U.S. Amateur Championship. A female scratch golfer can hit tee shots an average of 210 yards and can reach a 400-yard hole in two shots at sea level.

  8. Bogey Golfer A male bogey golfer has a USGA Handicap Index of 17.5 to 22.4. He can hit tee shots an average of 200 yards and can reach a 370-yard hole in two shots. A female bogey golfer has a USGA Handicap Index of 21.5 to 26.4. She can hit tee shots an average of 150 yards and can reach a 280-yard hole in two shots.

Handicap Conditions • Course ≥ 2750m 18 holes ( ≥ 1375m; 9 holes) • Course and Slope Rating from RBGF • Length is within 100m (50m) from measured length (9holes) • Tee markers shall not be placed more than 10 metres in front or 10 metres behind the relevant Distance Point • Round is played in accordance with the Rules of Golf • Form of play is: stroke play, stableford, against par with full hcp • The score is marked by marker • No Preferred Lies except between 1st November and 30th April Royal Belgian Golf Federation
