What to Do if You are Unable to Add Documents to Your Tk20 Portfolio Use this when your instructor has asked you to put something in your Tk20 Portfolio, but your portfolio appears to be locked and Tk20 doesn’t seem to allow you to add anything
Click on “Portfolios” tab. Look at the “Status” column. What do you see?
If you see “Review in Progress,” then you accidentally hit “submit” and need to “recall” your portfolio. 2 1 Click on the box in front of the name of the portfolio. Click on
When you “recall” your portfolio, it should return to “Open for Editing” to allow you to add documents/files.
If you attempted to “recall” and see the message below, you will need to contact your instructor and ask him/her to “Grant You an Extension” on your portfolio due date to unlock it.
If you see “Open For Editing,” then you should be set to add documents.
Something not working right?Switch to another browser. Internet Explorer is not recommended for using Tk20.
Click on each “Tab” of the Portfolio to navigate within the portfolio. TABS
Each Tab will tell you what to do (what documents to upload, etc.). Click here to attach the documents or files as instructed.
