5. Equipment production The new area of heavy equipment designed for fabrication and assembly of large size and thick wall equipment of weight up to 180 tons has been launched in 2013. We can fabricate process equipment of diameter up to 3400 mm, 36 m long, wall thickness up to 120 mm, weight up to 180 tons.

9. Direct heated oil gas water separator Direct Heated Oil & Gas & Water Separator – NGVRP is a vessel of HeaterTreater style designed for degassing and heating of well products, preliminary or deep oil dewatering, cleaning of produced water to inject into formation pressure maintenance system. One packaged NGVRP replaces conventional unit consisting of few typical apparatuses. NGVRP packages are supplied completely ready to use with complete automation which allows to minimize installation and start-up works.

10. Electric dehydrator Electric dehydrator is a vessel to separate water from crude oil by reverse oil emulsion (water in oil) destruction in electrostatic field. Used at first process steps and effectively cuts water and desalts crude oil. Electric dehydrator has one or few oil emulsion injections which enables more uniform arrival along the entire horizontal section.

The enterprise manufactured and delivered equipment for field developments in recent years such as: • Vyngayahinsky gas, • Yuzhno-Russkoe oil gas, • Urengoy gas, • Prirazlomnoe oil. Product supply KAZAKHSTAN WORK EXPERIENCE Кurgankhimmash LLC for many yearscooperateswith the largestoil & gas companies of CIS countries among which is JSC «OGCC KazStroyService», the leading engineering and construction company of oil & gas industry of Kazakhstan which provided the development of Akshabulak, the biggest oil field in republic. 18. Modular compressor stations KurgankhimmashLLCmanufactures modular compressor equipment to compress various gases on the basis of reciprocating and screw compressors. Equipment applies in oil & gas extracting, oil & gas refining, energy and other industries. Modular compressor stations (MCS) are used to compress various gases: atmospheric air, nitrogen, dry nitrogen, oil associated gas, flare gas, dry stripped gas, natural gas, propylene, ethylene, hydrogen, propane, methane, argon and others. Modular compressor stations (MCS) feature autonomous and fully automatic stations operated at temperature from - 60 °С tо +50 °С. Stations are constructed as welded panel heated enclosures fitted for transportation by different transport to any distance. Compressor stations may be supplied with quick-mounting hangars if required. Stations are fitted with noise and heat insulation, all utilities in accordance with applicable regulations.
